ReproBone® fusion – Injectible Multiphasic Matrix for Bone Regeneration

ReproBone® fusion bone graft substitute is an innovative, synthetic fusion of hydroxyapatite/tri-calcium phosphate granules in an osteostimulative carrier. This high-quality biomaterial is manufactured in the UK and is a non-setting, injectable matrix which combines the early stimulative activity of nano-structured hydroxyapatite with the longer term support of a highly porous micro-scaffold.

Stimulate – Integrate – Regenerate

ReproBone® fusion is indicated for use as a bone graft substitute for the repair of non-load bearing aseptic osseous defects. Its mouldable and firm texture is especially suitable for the filling of spinal fusion cages or bone defects that require longer term support and volume stability.

ReproBone® fusion comes ready-to-use in a prefilled syringe. Its volume stable viscosity allows easy and accurate application of the granulated paste. Excellent contact with the viable bone surface maximises the bone implant interface. The non-setting formula supports bone regeneration by encouraging rapid cell ingrowth throughout the healing process.

ReproBone® fusion’s enhanced activity profile from the unique multiphase composition of nano, micro and macro structured material supports and encourages formation of new bone whilst maintaining volume. Over time the material is gradually replaced by mature bone.

ReproBone® fusion’s highly active matrix attracts and adsorbs biomolecules onto the surface to create a stimulatory microenvironment that promotes new bone formation.
